Training Program

DeKalb County School District placed paraprofessionals and career-changers into special education teaching roles without the foundational knowledge required to construct legally defensible IEPs. IEP Blueprint closes that gap: a face-to-face modular training program covering the full IEP compliance arc under IDEA (2004) and Georgia DOE requirements, built for two distinct learner populations who are already serving as teachers of record.

Foundations Course
A Rise-style HTML course covering IDEA legal foundations, PLAAFP construction, measurable annual goals, SDI and accommodations, LRE and placement, and procedural safeguards. Modular, standalone, no LMS required. Open Course
Branching Simulation Sanders SPED
Onboarding Simulation
A 12-scenario custom HTML branching simulation drawn from DCSD compliance failure patterns. Scenario-specific feedback, competency tracking, and a results dashboard. Runs fully offline with no LMS or internet dependency. Open Simulation
